The Jameson Room:

Following refurbishment, the Jameson Room is now a warm and intimate dining space that is all about understated luxury and undisputed comfort.

It has a capacity of 14 people at its maximum but is still very comfortable for a smaller group.


The Vault Room:

This semi-private dining area is annexed to the main bar and accessed through the arches in between. It is perfect for a group that wish to be in an area to themselves but are also looking to take in the restaurant’s quietly bustling atmosphere.

The Vault holds a maximum number of 16 people but can accommodate smaller parties on a non-exclusive basis.


The Demi-Salle:

A new addition to our semi-private dining spaces at Chapter One, this room has been created by reclaiming and refurbishing a disused cellar to the rear of the main dining room to create an intimate, atmospheric dining space for small groups.  Guest sit on sumptuous, leather-upholstered banquettes surrounding a hand-carved, Irish elm wood table by David Coyne.

Perfect for groups of friends or family, the Demi-Salle seats a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 people and is available for both lunch and dinner sittings.
