Vouchers will be delivered by standard post, Chapter One hold no responsibility for delivery to the address specified in the recipients address field. All vouchers are non refundable and are given a unique reference which is generated and can only be validated by Chapter One, the minimum value of purchased voucher can be no less than €50. To use the voucher it must be presented to Chapter One, each voucher can only be redeemed once.
