Our Chef’s Table, designed by Ross and our interior architect Maria MacVeigh, is the perfect setting for a unique dining experience, whether you choose to come for lunch or dinner.
The table itself is made from dramatic, highly glazed volcanic rock. To ensure that your group (minimum of 4, maximum of 6) are as comfortable as possible, there is a deep banquette in chocolate brown leather. All that separates you from the kitchen, just a few steps away, is fresh air and a healthy appetite. The sense of anticipation is palpable.
The dining experience at the Chef’s Table truly is a piece of culinary theatre where visitors get a close-up and personal view of the machine that is the Chapter One kitchen. We recommend the 7 course Tasting menu for €100.00 . There is also a 6 course lunch tasting menu available at €50.00. Guests can enjoy engaging with the kitchen at full service or relax into their own private dining experience and observe the bustle from a discreet distance.
